                                 King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz

King  Abdullah bin Abdelaziz is the sixth King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 2005 to the current time.  He is known by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and he was born in Riyadh in 1924.He interested in history and heritage and religious respect. There are  many  developments have been made by King Abdullah in his reign such as major economic, social, education, health, and infrastructure projects that have brought about remarkable changes throughout the Kingdom. In addition, king Abdullah has participated  to resolve conflicts in many local and global issues. One of the main effort that king Abdullah ensue did  is the Peace in Saudi Arabia. Also, he is a strong advocate of constructive global cooperation, King Abdullah has held a number of important international summits and meetings in the Kingdom.On the issue of terrorism, King Abdullah has been unwavering in his condemnation of the taking of innocent lives, and in his denunciation of deviant groups that falsely claim to be Islamic.King Abdullah inspire me because,he have a qualities of a leader who loves people and characterized generosity,courage,and good manners.

                                "Tips for staying healthy during cold and flu season" 

         Cold season tend to mimic the trends of flu season.The most common cause of cold are viruses. There are many ways to protect against exposure to cold and flu. First,vaccinations are the best way to prevent infection with this viruses. Second,wash your hands with soap and running water for at least 20 seconds. If you don't have soap and water you can use alcohol which sanitizes your hands. Also,avoid contact with other sick people,that can help you to protect from infection . If you are sick , be sure to cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze with a tissue, and refrain from touching your mouth, nose or eyes, because this can help prevent others around you from getting sick. As well, one of the best ways to reduce the spread of germs is to stay home from work, school or even errands.This will also allow your body the extra energy necessary to fight off any infection. 

There are many of natural remedies for cold and flu prevention. Some of them are ineffective such us ,VitaminD,Zinc,Echinacea,VitaminC,Goldenseal,Elderberry, and Ginseng. But some of them are effective ,like Saline nasal drops or sprays,Gargling with salt water, and Mint.

 Finally,if you are a healthy adult, your body can often fight off such infections without much assistance from medications or supplements,but if you develop a fever of greater than 100.4°F, you should visit your doctor .

      "Mother's Diet May Affect Children's Behavior and Intelligence"

      The diet during pregnancy and early life can influence a child's behavior and intelligence,so expectant mothers should watch what they eat. First of all,there are many influential factors on emotional and behavioral development of children from before birth to age nine. Folic acid is one of the most important factors affecting because it can reduce the risk of behavioral problems during early childhood. Also,vitamins, breast milk versus formula milk, iron, iodine and omega-3 fatty acid are affect on emotional and behavioral development of children. Second,there are other factors that can also affect children's mental performance include the parent's educational level, socioeconomic status of the parents, age of the parents and the genetic background of the mother and child. Finally, It is important for mothers to get good nutrition during pregnancy and the first years of a child's life ,because the brain takes a long time to mature.

                                        "  Girls suffer second-degree burns from fruit "

 The article talked about something strange happened to a group of girls when they spent the day in the pool, splashing around and having fun.It ended with the group of girls in horrific pain and eventually intensive care in hospital after they all suffered second-degree burns.also,they were not allowed out in the sun for at least six months.This event baffled doctors. later their mother remembered that the girls played with limes and squeezing the fruits and splashing in the juice.In the end, The doctors reached that  a chemical reaction (to the lime juice) that makes bare skin hypersensitive to ultraviolet light.It is caused by contact with photosensitizing compounds which occur naturally in some fruits and vegetables.

King Faisal is  one of the  most important kings in Saudi Arabia's history. First of all,He is the third king of the kingdom, so he was King of Saudi Arabia from 1964 to 1975. He was born in Riyadh in 1906. When he was 6 months old,his mother died and he reared in the house of his grandparents .Later,in 1932 Faisal was appointed of foreign affairs.Then,in 1964 Faisal became king . King Faisal had several commendable qualities. He was a very clever politician ,wise man ,brave,and all Saudis  loved him. Also, he had an important role in the development of the country's economy,agriculture, transportation ,and health. In addition , king Faisal was interested in foreign policy ,so he had many relationships with other countries. Finally, in 1975 King Faisal was killed by his nephew prince Faisal  bin musaed bin Abdulaziz  where he shot his uncle. The end was so tragic,so Saudi Arabia lost a great king .
